Media personality and businesswoman Ifedayo Agoro has sparked conversations online after openly sharing her views on maintaining friendships with ex-partners. Speaking candidly during a podcast session with her husband, Frank, Ifedayo stated that she sees nothing wrong with being friends with a former lover.
According to Ifedayo, emotionally mature and secure women who understand their self-worth should not feel threatened by keeping amicable relationships with past partners.
She reinforced her point with a personal anecdote, recalling an instance when she accompanied her husband to the wedding of his ex. Far from feeling awkward, she described the event as “fun” and enjoyable.
“When I told my friends I was following Frank to his friend’s wedding, they asked who. I said it was his ex. They were shocked, but I went and had so much fun,” she shared.
The conversation then took a playful turn when Ifedayo asked her husband if he planned to invite any of his exes to their own wedding. Frank opted to “plead the fifth,” while Ifedayo teased him for his hesitation.
