The Dutch manager has spent the past few weeks analysing why Liverpool have failed to keep pace with the top clubs, despite enjoying long spells of dominance in most matches. According to Slot, Liverpool have played well in possession, pressed aggressively, and created many promising situations, but they have lacked the spark needed to finish off games.
